High performance student Ella Wyllie takes on the world champs

Ella Wyllie, a 21-year-old engineering student, impressed in her Tour de France Femmes debut, finishing second place in the Under-23 Young Rider Classification and 16th overall. 

Ella had a busy year in 2023, establishing herself as one of the world’s top young cyclists. In May she placed first in the Under-23’s and 3rd overall in the Navarra Women’s Elite Classic in Spain, then competed in the UCI Cycling World Championship in Glasgow in August.

Her hard work has paid off, with Ella signing a two-year professional cycling contract with Team Jayco AlUla.
